Sharing of the electronics Labs required for E & I Branch which are already established & common to E E E and E T & T with agreed Time Slots.

Start the Procurement actions for Labs specifically required for E&I Dept. so as to be ready before the Semester in which the practical Labs are to be conducted

Recruitment actions to augment the Teaching Staff.

The sharing of Teaching Staff who are in position from other allied Branches for the
Common Subjects.

Preparation of list of Text Books and Reference Books required for E&I Branch other than the Books available in the Central Library for the purpose of ordering in time.

To start the Students' Association of E&I Branch for motivating the Students to actively organize and participate in Extra Curricular, Co-curricular, Event Management etc.,

To organize Factory visits, Guest Lectures, Short term Workshops etc., for the benefit of the Students.

To strictly adhere to the Academic Schedules and follow effective Teaching-Learning process for achieving the end result of "Best Performance"
